      It is provided as binary files only. No source code is included in this
      distribution.

   2. All copyrights to CDA are exclusively owned by the author - Manfred Duchrow.

   3. You can freely distribute the program as long as you distribute
      the complete package without changing.

   4. CDA IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
      NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU
      USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
      DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND
      OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

      all CDA files from your storage devices and cease to use the
      product.
